Who Are We?
Rose's Alterations Limited has been part of the Auckland
fashion scene for many many years.The owners, Rachel and Richard Beechey, have been involved with Rose's
Alterations since early 1992. Rachel's primary responsibility
being the Retail site at Epsom and looking after our fabulous
team while Richard's primary responsibility is the Wholesale division
and the business administration.
Both Rachel and Richard are very focused on providing the
best possible customer service experience for all our clients.
From Rachel, Richard and the entire team at Rose's
Alterations we thank you for your continued support and look
forward to working with you for many more years.

Environmental Policy
Rose’s Alterations is Auckland’s largest
single-site specialist clothing alteration and repair provider.
We also offer a specialist made-to-measure Couture division and
a premium drycleaning service. We are proud to offer these
services to both Retail and Wholesale customers via our primary
site in Epsom, along with our various mobile services.
The management and staff of Rose’s Alterations
are committed to meeting the needs of our customers to the
highest standards and in the process of meeting those needs
ensuring that the relevant legislative, regulatory and legal
requirements are also met by our activities.
The management and staff of Rose’s Alterations
are further committed to ensuring that;

we operate comprehensive Health & Safety and Environmental
Management Systems and all parties are committed to
providing a safe and environmentally sensitive operation

we demonstrate a high level of corporate social
responsibility in all our activities

all staff are treated in an equitable and ethical manner

we work with charities and/or community groups particularly
when those causes are aligned with Rose’s Alterations

we encourage these principals to be spread throughout our
staff, suppliers and customers.
It is with this commitment that the organisation
has established and maintains a documented Environmental
Management System that satisfies the requirements of the Eco
Warranty Standard.
As part of the Environmental Management System,
management will set and review the quality policies on a regular
basis, and ensure they are understood at all levels of the
organisation.
All staff and contractors are required to commit
to supporting the Environmental Management System by adhering to
all procedures, through the promotion of the continual
improvement in the prevention of pollution and harm to our
environment.
The Directors will also ensure the necessary resources to enable
these policies to be implemented effectively are provided.
