How do I schedule a pick up?
No scheduling needed! We will be in your area twice a week. Just have your bag out by 8am.
How do I pay?
When you sign up we set you up for automatic billing using a credit card as clothes are delivered back to you.
What if I don’t have a pickup every week?
No worries! There are no minimum orders required and you may use us whenever you need to.
Where do I leave my laundry and dry cleaning?
Using your Superior Cleaners bag we provide place the bag with your clothing on your front door so our driver may see it and pick it up.
Where do my cleaned clothes go?
After your clothes are cleaned we hang them up.
What do I need to do if I want alterations?
Many of our customers pin us a note on the item they need altered, or you may contact us.
How do I let you know about stains or special request?
Please pin a note on the item with a little detail about the nature of the stain so that we know how best to treat it.
How long until I receive my clothes back?
We pickup and deliver twice a week. delivery days will depend on which route your area is in.
How do I get ready for my first pick-up?
We will provide you with a dry-cleaning bag to use and then from there just have your bag out for our driver to see with your clothes you would like cleaned.
Are there any delivery fees?
Nope, our route pickup and delivery service has no delivery charges, monthly fees, or any minimum requirements.
